With the city skyline glittering around them, the event, hosted by the radiant Shashi Naidoo and culinary icon Mogau Seshoene (The Lazy Makoti), unfolded as a sumptuous celebration of vision, artistry and indulgence, capturing the true essence of South African gastronomy.
